Meet Our Leadership Team
Mark S. Reiley Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Reiley has over twenty years experience in the community banking arena, both as an executive officer and regulator. He has served as a market president, senior commercial lender, senior operations officer and advisory director for one independent community bank. Mr. Reiley was instrumental in implementing a successful growth strategy for the bank that increased its presence from 2 locations in one rural county to 6 locations in multiple metro and rural counties. Mr. Reiley most recently served as the Houston Market President for a community bank, teaming with John D. Green to establish the bank's first Houston location. Together they developed a thriving, business-oriented client base which ultimately extended across and beyond the Harris County area. Mr. Reiley holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Southwest Texas State University and began his financial services career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). He gained valuable experience during his eight year tenure in the Houston Field Office, during the late 1980's and early 1990's and reached the position of Commissioned National Bank Examiner with the OCC.
John D. Green Director and President
Mr. Green has over nineteen years of experience in the commercial banking industry, sixteen of these in the Houston area. He has served as Senior Vice President and senior commercial lender for a regional Houston bank. He has also worked as Vice President and relationship manager in both the commercial and private banking groups of a large, multi-state bank holding company, and held the position of Asset Quality Manager for all of its Texas banks. Mr. Green most recently served as Senior Vice President and senior lender for a community bank, teaming with Mr. Reiley to establish the bank's first Houston location. Together they developed a thriving, business-oriented client base which ultimately extended across and beyond the Harris County area. Mr. Green earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Commercial Banking from Northeast Louisiana University and began his financial services career in the management training program of a regional bank based in Shreveport, Louisiana. He gained valuable regulatory experience as an Associate National Bank Examiner in the Houston Field Office for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) during the early 1990's.
Ronald E. Majewski President - West Houston
Mr. Majewski has over twenty years of experience in the commercial banking industry. He has served in several different capacities, including operations, loan review, asset quality, and lending. He has also worked as Vice President and relationship manager in the business banking group of a large, multi-state bank holding company. Mr. Majewski most recently served as Senior Vice President and senior lender for a large, Houston based community bank. Mr. Majewski began his banking career in the early 1980’s while earning his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston. He gained valuable regulatory experience as an Associate National Bank Examiner in the Houston Field Office for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) during the early 1990’s.
Jim R. Stewart President - Bay Area
Mr. Stewart has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, the majority as a commercial banker at community banks. He has served as a senior commercial lender, head of a credit department and established a community bank's investment brokerage area. Mr. Stewart is originally from the Bay Area (League City) and spent much of his banking career in Clear Lake and Seabrook. Mr. Stewart has also owned, started and operated multiple franchise stores for Ace Cash Express, a retail financial services company. He has implemented strong, successful customer service programs both in the community banks and for his retail stores. He recently served on the Bay Area region business development board of a Houston based mid-sized bank. Mr. Stewart holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Stephen F. Austin State University.
